After reading these comments, I'm now aware of what's been going on. I've been trying to get in touch with Thumbs Plus for 2 years. When I got my new computer, for some reason the Thumbs Plus program didn't transfer over to the new one and since I had bought a pepetual upgrade I was hoping to get a code to bring it up on my new computer. Does anyone know what I can do about this?
I can not open any of my Thumbsplus versions. I have codes and none work. I purchased 7 and 8 plus 10. 8 was suppose to be a life time subscription. I have used this for years and years. Don't really care about updates I would just like to be able to use what I have.

I had not heard that the developer of this wonderful application had passed away -- my condolences to the family. I've been using ThumbsPlus Pro 7.0-sp2 since the early-to-mid 1990s. Because I've become so proficient in how I work with it, it has essentially been my only art application for all these years. In fact, I can pretty much do just about anything art-wise with it. It is one of the few applications which I have open on both my PC and my laptop pretty much all of the time ..
